Stand with Seelbach

Dear fellow tax hikers, we are overjoyed how our community has come together to rally behind our brother Chris Seelbach.  As we reported on Monday, Council Member Seelbach was the victim of a horrible anti-gay attack earlier this week.  Those bigots actually went up to his snow-covered car and wrote "tiny cock" into the snow on his windshield with their homophobic fingers!  We will not stand for this.

We are organizing a rally to combat the hate.  Here are the details of this can't-miss event:

Stand With Seelbach Rally
Wednesday, December 25th
9:30 AM
City Hall steps

All of you are expected to attend.  If you don't show up, it's because you hate homosexuals.

Tabby and I will be there. That is, if our Audi 5000 isn't still in the shop.

You know, the Greeks don't have anything going on that day.

I will be there too, if you can guarantee there won't be any fat, smelly, disgusting inbred west siders there.

I will be there too. Not like I have anything else going on.

I'll be there, as long as you can promise that there will be no black people there. If it's anything like every other streetcar rally I've ever been to, I shouldn't have to worry too much.

Let me guess Craig. You need yet another set of shocks? What is that - 8 or 9 this year? Just break down and buy a flatbed for god's sake. Fatass.

I will be there as long as you move the event to a park.

My totally non-political self will always turn out for a political event. Does anyone remember the last time I was a City Hall? I was lobbying for Volunteers of America to bring in even more troubled people to Cincinnati right after one of their clients murdered a teenage girl. Good times.

I will be there to support my good friend Chris Seelbach, just as I was there to support my good friend Greg Insco and my good friends Mike Boroski and Yvette Brown Simpson during their council campaigns.

If they aren't going to be campaigning for a tax hike, there is no way I would show up.

How come this blog never organized any rallies to support me after all the tax hikes I supported?

I hope no one asks me about my tax breaks at tonight's big COAST party. I might have to explain myself and while I am very good at dodging and weaving, it might be uncomfortable.

Can you people organize a rally for me? I really need one.

Next time it snows, we need to organized a Chain Of Love to protect Councilmember Seelbach's car from vicious attacks by the hateful, angry violent extremist Tea Party members! We cannot stand for this hatred and intolerance! Our community must stay strong and come together at a time like this. We need to get behind Chris and push hard.

9:30 AM? That's way too early for us. Maybe have it after work like the Republican Party does for us. How about 4:00?

If my Audi 5000 ever gets out of the shop I'll wrap my fat fingers around the steering wheel and get my butt there. Of course I'll have my favorite "libation" in a brown bag just to make it fun for tabbs and I.

With our good friends such as Jean Schmidt and Si Leis no longer in office and with our good friend Bill Seitz in his last term, we have some extra cash lying around. Perhaps we can make a donation to this cause just as we make donations to so many other tax-and-spend liberals while showing up at conservative events to keep up appearances.

Republican Leaders in ORP and RNC said...

If we want to take back the Senate, we have to distance ourselves and our candidates from anyone who dare cite a need for smaller government or, especially, traditional marraige. The Republican Party needs to stand with Democrats like Chris Seelbach and stand up against homophobia and especially against the Tea Party. Become just like Democrats and voters will sweep out the Democrats and sweep us to victory.

COAST is TOAST said...

The best part is that we are going to have our Streetcar after all of this hard work. If we didn't have those angry, suburban, hypocritical losers at COAST trying to wreck our city and a corporate news media that worshipped the ground Chris Finney walks on, we could have had this public transportation up and running at a lower cost. COAST is the enemy of all things that could make Cincinnati great. Another loss for the losers at COAST. You people just need to go away.

Hey everyone it's been a long time since I've engaged in an attention getting stunt. Bet you've all forgotten about me by now. Anyhoo I want you all to know that I will be planning something big really soon. Just you wait and see. I won't let those Tea Party Republicans get away with buying the last election.

Alex T Mall Cop GOP said...

Maybe if I'd bothered to find a few more capable and competent candidates for city council, or perhaps even a candidate for mayor, the streetcar would have been stopped. Oh, well, as you all know I really like going to Over The Rhine and hanging out Downtown and the Findlay Market. I will personally enjoy the streetcar-related economic development while politically benefiting from laying this massive taxpayer ripoff at the feet of the Democrats. Oh wait, who am I kidding. You really expect me to make any effort to tie this to the Democrats. Not something I'd ever want to do to my good friend Tim Burke.

Hey, did you all see me on TV defending a judge who was just unanimously found to be in contempt of court? That'll be a great career move!
