Rick Bryan running for two offices at once

Dear fellow tax hikers, we are pleased to see our good, good, good friend Blue Ash Councilman Rick Bryan running for yet another re-election this November.  Actually, Rick is so great that running for one office at a time just isn't enough.

Tax Hikin' Rick Bryan also announced that he's running for State Representative in 2014!  One man running for two offices at once.  Isn't that inspiring?

Rick has long been one of our favorites, and was proudly named our 2011 Tax Hiker of the Year.  Rick has worked to raise your Sales Taxes, Earnings Taxes, and more.  He's even helped Cincinnati fund their awesome streetcar

With Rick Bryan's deep experience at raising taxes and growing the size of government, nobody is more fit to run for two offices at the same time.  Rick is perfectly capable of raising taxes in two places at once.  Rick Bryan for Blue Ash City Council!

Oh wait we meant to say, Rick Bryan for State Representative!

Oh, this campaign is going to be so much fun. I will get invited to so many fund-raisers I won't be able to keep track of them. Just be sure to keep those fat, smelly disgusting, inbred west siders away from me. The last time there was a contested primary in this district, I was so nauseated by the west Siders no one campaign's staff, I nearly vomited at Lincoln-Reagan dinner.

We can't wait to send Rick a large check, too. With our good friends Simon Leis and Jean Schmidt out of office and with Bill Seitz term-limited, we have a lot of extra cash on hand.

If there's one thing the Republican Party needs, it's more old white men. Go Rick!

We've always said that the Republican Party needs to stop being the party of old white men, but when a champion tax-and-spender like Rick Bryan comes along, we forget all that and get on board with the man with the white mustache. Heck, we'd even run John Dowlin for this seat if we could.

I appreciate everything Rick Bryan did for my disastrous re-election campaign. Many Republicans abandoned me but Rick stuck by my side. You're a real pal Rick!

My money is on Rick. That's who I am voting for!

He likes the streetcar, he likes the stadium tax, and the man I can't have but whose name I have taken for my own Twitter handle can't stand him? Maybe I will support this guy too, even if he is an evil Republican running in the evil Republican suburbs.

Can we move our meetings out to Blue Ash?

I can't wait to bring my expert campaign skills and my winning personality to the Rick Bryan For State Representative campaign! Rick has been an excellent source and useful conduit of all the gossip I've been spreading about the leaders of the Republican Party for the past decade. I can't wait to do for Rick what I did for Tom Weidman, Virgil Lovitt, Jean Schmidt, Pete Beck for Warren County Commissioner, and my own campaign for Springdale City Council!

I can't give my real name because I am retired from a position at the highest levels of state government, and retired from a very important position in county government too. You know, it's really sad what's happened to our country under Obama, and what's happened to our state under John Kasich when all these government positions had to be slashed, and especially what happened in Colerain Township all these years. It gives me great hope to see that there are some great Republicans still in our party, people who know how to talk like they are great conservatives and great Republicans but whose faith in the power of our government is never diminished by any kind of government waste, fraud, abuse, scandal or incompetence. As The Greatest Republican Who Ever Lived, I am thrilled to see Rick Bryan carry our party's banner for not just one office but for two offices at once. It's a great time to be an American and a Republican, too. You know, I was just playing with some trains and reminiscing about how important rails have been to our country's prosperity and am pleased to have been able to visit so many of our country's greatest national parks and greatest national monuments. Like Rick Bryan. I think I've lost track over the years how many times I've visited the Veterans Monument and Veterans Memorial at Blue Ash Park and went to the Blue Ash Golf Course on important government business.

Anyone know someone who will let me register as a voting "resident" of Blue Ash?

Don't you mean Jew Ash?

That was not Randy Simes. The real Randy Simes would have said:

Definitely a good topic for the next pipe club. Which of course will be after the election of Cranley as Mayor.

Of course we will all be collectively crying into our empty white castle boxes about how the election was stolen by all those teabagger versions of @randysimes who live elsewhere, but vote here.
